Paul Tex Lecor
Paul Tex Lecor was born in Saint-Michel of Wentworth on June 10, 1933. Trained at the École des Beaux-Arts de Montréal in the early 50's, he had famous professors such as Jacques de Tonnancour and Stanley Cosgrove. After an interlude of many years as a singer and comedian, he came back to painting at the end of the 80's and fully dedicated himself to it. He rapidly became highly rated. His artworks featuring forest and country scenes as well as camaraderie in taverns or elsewhere are found among the most important art galleries and collections everywhere in the world.
