Michel Pleau

Michel Pleau was born in Trois-Rivières in 1949. In 1989, he became a member of the Association des Artistes Peintres Créateurs Associés du Québec and in 1999, of the Institut des Arts Figuratifs. In 1989, he was awarded the Painting Canadian Grand Prize. Painting is for him a vehicle of choice for communicating his message of appreciation for beauty, his message of exaltation towards nature and his respect for the mystery behind which it hides.
