This document concerns the Privacy and Personal Information Protection Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) implemented by Galerie Art & Style and Galerie L’Harmattan (hereinafter referred to as “the Gallery”), owner and manager of the website https://lharmattan.com/fr/ and/or, as applicable, any other website replacing or supplementing it, in order to ensure the preservation of confidentiality of personal and/or confidential information and the respect of users’ privacy on these websites.

The Gallery only collects Information that is useful and necessary for fulfilling its mission and/or providing the services and activities it offers. Information is collected in the following circumstances:
- Registration to receive invitations;
- Request to acquire an artwork;
- Depending on the circumstances, Information may include user and organization identification.
Information automatically collected when you visit the site (such as your browser details, pages visited, duration of visit, etc.) does not personally identify you and is not linked to your personal information.
2. Use of Information
We may obtain your personal information in order to:
- Identify you and communicate with you;
- Confirm the purchase of our various products;
- Better understand your needs in order to take concrete actions to meet them;
- Conduct surveys;
- Send you communications related to the Gallery.
